Order Cancellations & Changes
- You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at help@bellaurns.com.
- If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
- Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable, unless defective or made in error.
Return Method & Fees
- Returns are handled by mail.
- A free prepaid return label is provided (download & print).
- There are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email help@bellaurns.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
