At Bella Urns, we want you to feel confident and supported when making such a personal purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at help@bellaurns.com.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable, unless defective or made in error.

Return Method & Fees

  • Returns are handled by mail.
  • A free prepaid return label is provided (download & print).
  • There are no return shipping costs and no restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email help@bellaurns.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
